Christopher D. Anderson received his Juris Doctorate from Leflar School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1991. He is an associate attorney at McHughes Law Firm, PLLC, and has more than 20 years’ experience practicing law with over 10 years’ experience in bankruptcy and as a debt collection attorney. He has a talent for organizing strategy and is very detail-oriented.
Mr. Anderson was a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association from 2004-2012. He authored a loss of life damages article “Durham v Marberry: Just How Definite Is Dicta Anyway?”, published in ATLA Docket Winter 2005, and he co-authored “The Family Home and the Bankruptcy Aftermath of Divorce” with Janet Flaccus that was published in Arkansas Law Notes 1992.
